1. What is the Amenity Fee for?
A daily destination fee of US$15 per night plus tax ($17.69 tax inclusive) will be collected directly from guests at check-in. Fee will include coffee in the lobby, daily newspaper, beach towels, beach toys, use of our business center, guest washer and dryer (including laundry soap) . Inclusions and rate subject to change.
2. Do I need to prepay for my reservation?
A prepayment may be required during the booking process for certain room packages and promotions. Kindly input your payment details upon creation of the room booking.
3. What are your payment types?
Our hotel accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express. All reservations require a valid credit card with expiration date at the time of booking. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card will be required at check-in for incidental charges. Cash/cheque will not be accepted as forms of payment.
4. Do you take pre-paid gift cards?
No, we do not accept pre-paid gift cards. We only accept credit/debit cards issued by major banks.
5. Can my parents/friends pay for my room?
As long as they are staying in the room, then yes, they may help pay for the room; otherwise, not without a signed credit card authorization form from the cardholder.
6. Can I pay for my room with one card and pay the amenity fee using a different card?
Yes, you may use more than one form of payment as long as they are major bank cards and in your name.
7. How do I modify or cancel my reservation?
You may contact our Reservations team directly at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will be happy to assist you. Reservations must to be cancelled 72 hours prior to check-in to avoid a penalty. Late cancellation fees are non-refundable. Bookings confirmed on our "Pay Now & Save" program are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
8. When will I get my refund back?
Once a refund is processed, it may take up to 7-10 business days to receive it back in your account.
9. Are government taxes and service charges included in the pricing?
Rates are subject to prevailing government taxes and service charge unless otherwise stated. All "From" rates are indicative of the lowest available rate and rates may fluctuate.

Check-in time: After 4.00pm (local time)

11. Are early check-in and late check-out available?
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability (not guaranteed). Charges may apply.
12. What is the minimum age for check-in?
Minimum age for check-in is 21 years old. A photo identification is required. Guests aged 20 and below are required to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
13. Can I request for special arrangement for my celebrations (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.)?

1. Is this a pet-friendly hotel?
Pets are not allowed at the Stay Hotel Waikiki or Condominiums, with the exception of service animals.
2. Can I smoke within the hotel premises?
Our facilities and rooms are non-smoking, including balconies. A cleaning fee will be charged if you smoke in any of our guest rooms, including balconies. Our facilities and rooms are also vape free. A fee will be charged if you vape in our facilities. Designated smoking areas are available. Please inquire with the hotel staff.
3. Does the hotel provide free internet access?
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi access is available around the hotel and in the guest rooms. Log-in password will be provided upon check-in. Workstations with wired internet connection are available for guests to surf the web, check emails and print boarding passes.
4. Is your hotel kids-friendly?
We recommend our larger deluxe queen with sofabed and condiminium suites for families traveling with children. Kids 12 and under stay free utilizing existing beddings in the room. Should you require a complimentary baby cot during your stay, please let us know in advance at the point of reservation.
5. Is parking available at the hotel?
Very limited self parking at the Stay Hotel Waikiki and Stay Condos is US$45 per night plus tax, with unlimited in and out privileges. Parking rate is subject to change without prior notice. Parking space is assigned based on first-come, first-served basis.
6. Are there free parking options nearby?
Yes, street parking along Ala Way Blvd, but you want to make sure not to park on Sunday nights or Thursday nights. The city does street sweeping the following mornings and will tow vehicles. City regulations may change without prior notice.
7. Do you provide shuttle service from the airport?
Unfortunately, airport shuttle service is not available, but it is easy to call for a taxi or Uber; our hotel is located only 15.5 miles or 35-minutes' drive from the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL).
1. Do you have a pool?
No, we do not have a swimming on-site. The Pacific ocean is just a block away from our hotel and beach toys/equipment are available for guests' enjoyment.
2. Do you offer breakfast?
We do not offer breakfast at Stay Hotel Waikiki. Complimentary coffee service is available in the lobby lounge from 7 AM - 7 PM daily. Hotel staff can recommend eateries within walking distances that offer affordable and ono (delicious) breakfast options.
3. What are the hours of Wang Chung's?
Wang Chung’s Karaoke Bar opens daily between 7 AM to 2 AM. Hours may be subject to change.
4. Do you have a business center?
We have two workstations in the lobby lounge that guests can use for web surfing and printing of boarding passes and documents.
5. Do you have a laundry facility on-site?
Yes, we offer guest laundry as a part of our amenities. You can request ffor complimentary laundry soap at the front desk.
6. What is your housekeeping schedule?
We provide our guests daily housekeeping service. You can opt-out by hanging the "Do Not Disturb" sign on your door. You may request for change of towels by contacting our front desk staff. For longer stays, we do a courtesy check every three days to make sure everything is in order.
7. Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, we can tag your luggage and store it in our back room if you are awaiting check-in or departing that same day. We can recommend a company for long-term luggage storage.
8. Where do I check-in for the Stay Condominiums?
Guests who are confirmed at the Stay Condominiums will check-in at the Stay Hotel Waikiki across the street. Our front desk at Stay Hotel Waikiki is open 24-hours daily.
